I am the HR & Managing Director of The Engaged Space, a HR Agency that specialises in all things people and people related productivity within business. We provide advice and support for businesses of all sizes to manage workplace issues that reduce HR risks and work towards building high performing cultures.

As a specialist HR practitioner with experience across a broad range of industries (think global to your local pizza shop, from Circus performers, call centres, electricians, agriculture, NDIS providers to mining) I bring a contemporary approach to business and people management. This grounding was gained through my Masters of Business Administration (MBA), executive HR management career & governance experience for a local not for profit.

In 2019 I had the joy of winning the Ausmumpreneur South Australian Business Excellence Award and last but absolutely not least, I am the proud mum of Harry and Evie!
